Damages and issues

All of our items go through strict quality control before being sealed and shipped out. In the unlikely event that you received a damaged item, send us an email at shopfreespiritphapp@gmail.com. Don’t forget to provide images of the faulty item.

Exchanges

We have a 24-hour exchange policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Customer will handle the shipping fee for both ways. We have a strict no return, no exchange policy for international orders.

An exchange will be allowed provided the following conditions have been met:

1. Item must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and returned in original packaging.

2. Requests for exchange are subject to validation. Once reason is validated, the item can only be exchanged for the same style and price should it meet the aforementioned conditions.
